Recieve Your Homey Delivery

  • Homey delivers to hotel receptions between 10 AM and 6 PM.
  • For non-hotel stays, your items arrive during your selected time slot.
  • Unpack and enjoy your stay with the comforts of home!

Return Your Homey Rentals

  • Lightly wipe down your rental items and place them back in the provided Homey bags.
  • Hotel guests: leave your items at the front desk by checkout. Homey picks them up between 4 PM and 10 PM.
  • For non-hotel stays, we’ll pick up your items during your scheduled time slot.

Rental Pricing Guide

  • Daily Rates: Each rental item carries a full “first-day” rate followed by a reduced rate for each additional day.
  • Real-Time Quotes: When you enter your check-in and check-out dates, we automatically calculate and display the total cost of the item for your entire stay.
  • No Upfront Deposits: You pay only the reservation cost—there is no separate deposit charged at booking.
  • Authorization Hold: A temporary hold for the full retail value of all rented items will be placed on your payment method before delivery. This is not a charge and will be released once all items are returned in good condition. If any items are missing or damaged, we will use the hold to cover the associated costs.
  • Modify or Cancel Orders: Orders can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Cleaning Process

How are rental items cleaned and sanitized between reservations?

At Homey Rentals, we uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest safety. After each stay, every item undergoes a multi-step cleaning and sanitization process:

Removable linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels):
  • Laundered using a hypoallergenic, fragrance-free detergent that’s gentle on skin yet tough on stains.
  • Washed at high temperatures to eliminate allergens and bacteria.
  • Thoroughly tumble-dried and steam-pressed for a crisp, hotel-fresh finish.
Non-removable fabrics (upholstery, cushions) & soft furnishings:
  • Vacuumed thoroughly using a HEPA-filtered upholstery attachment to remove dust, debris, and allergens.
  • Wiped down and sprayed with an EPA-registered, fabric-safe sanitizing spray and allowed to dwell for the recommended contact time.
  • Air-dried under controlled humidity to prevent moisture buildup.
Hard surfaces (electronics, kitchen appliances, etc):
  • Wiped down and sprayed with an EPA-registered, food-surface-safe sanitizing spray.
  • Allowed to dwell for the manufacturer’s recommended contact time, then wiped dry.
  • Inspected for any residue, ensuring a streak-free, spotless finish.
Final quality check:
  • Each item is visually inspected and given a gentle sniff test to confirm it’s free of odors.
  • Certified “Ready for Guest” only after passing our 25-point cleanliness inspection.
